MUSLIM TALENT AWARD CEREMONY 2026

The Talent Awards Ceremony 2026 & Career Counseling Program  was successfully organized under the inspiring leadership and guidance of Maulana Syed Noor Miya Sahab Ashrafi (Chairperson) by Gulamane Ashraf Welfare Society, Jodhpur in collaboration with Shaheen Academy, Jodhpur. The main objective of the program was to honor meritorious students who achieved outstanding academic performance in Class 10th and 12th examinations of the academic session 2025–26 and to provide them proper career counseling and future guidance. The event became a remarkable platform for motivating students towards academic excellence, personality development, discipline, and career awareness. During the program, students were appreciated and encouraged for their hard work and achievements, while expert counselors from various educational streams guided them regarding higher education opportunities, career planning, and future goals.

During the counseling session, Maulana Syed Noor Miya Sahab Ashrafi addressed the students and shared valuable guidance on how students can improve their academic performance, build confidence, develop a positive personality, maintain good behavior, and achieve success through dedication and discipline. His motivational words inspired students to focus on education along with moral values and personal growth. Expert counselors from different streams also provided stream-wise guidance to help students choose the right career path according to their interests and abilities. CA Ammar Sahab guided students from the Commerce stream regarding future career opportunities, professional courses, and the importance of financial education. Zeeshan Ahmad provided detailed guidance related to Computer Science, modern technology, and career opportunities in the IT sector. Students from the Arts stream were guided by Barkat Sahab and Ibrahim Noori, who explained various educational and career opportunities available in humanities and social sciences. For students from the Science stream, Shoheb Ali and Abdul Malik guided students regarding higher studies, competitive opportunities, professional courses, and future career planning in science-related fields.

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, parents, teachers, and community members and proved to be highly beneficial, informative, and motivational for everyone present. The organizers expressed their gratitude to all supporters, collaborators, participants, volunteers, and guests whose contribution and cooperation made the event successful. The initiative reflected the commitment of Gulamane Ashraf Welfare Society, Jodhpur towards promoting education, encouraging talented students, and creating awareness about career opportunities among the youth for a brighter and more successful future.
